I love to eat McDonald’s Egg McMuffin. It’s my favorite thing to get there. I will eat it at anytime! I don’t like that they use margarine in there sandwiches. Add butter to skillet and let melt. Add egg and cook to desired tenderness. I like mine soft. Then add turkey or ham and cook for a minute. Add cheese and cook just until melted. Add your english muffins to your toaster while the turkey is cooking. What I love about making them at home is that I can control the fat and calories that go into this breakfast sandwich. This way I can use real butter. I can use the thin 45 calorie cheese and only use a half a piece. Then my egg and my ham or turkey depending on what I have on hand. This is one breakfast everyone at our house loves! These can also be made in advance, frozen and then thawed out and microwaved! Time saver and a delicious breakfast too!
