get back to exercise and enjoy your life again

As we age we find out things don’t always remain the same. My great aunt is having a few issues that is making her life a bit harder than it needs to be. She’s been having problems when trying to dance, exercise and get into shape. She wants to work out. But the leaking when she exercises is a problem. So we heard about the Poise Impressa and decided to see if it would help her get out and enjoy her life more.

I heard about the Poise Impressa and then I went out to find them. I found them at my local CVS. Here’s what I learned when I read about it. You see the Poise Impressa comes with a sizing kit so you can find out which one is right for you or your loved family member. The good thing about this is that the Poise Impressa sizing kit has a coupon on it right now so you can save money while trying it. Let’s learn more about what has helped many woman enjoy their life once again. Ladies can wear the Poise Impressa Bladder supports for up to 8 hours a day in a 24 hour period. You do not need to remove them when using the bathroom. Yes,  you read that right, you do not need to take it out to use the bathroom. Poise Impressa may look and function similar to a tampon but it does not absorb leaks because it is designed to help prevent them. If you are experiencing bladder leakage when you laugh, cough, dance, sneeze or exercise, Poise Impressa Bladder Supports are for you. Curious as to how you wear them? They have a great sizing kit to help you get started.

Are you curious how to use Poise Impressa?

You first need to know that the sizing kit isn’t about how much you leak or even how much you weigh. It’s about a good internal fit that prevents the leaks. People who are pregnant or on their period shouldn’t wear the Poise Impressa Supports. Here’s what you do!

First Start with size 1, insert the Bladder Support just like you would a tampon. Then the non-absorbent Bladder Support expands to support the urethra once inside. Third if you still experience leaks, then progress to size 2. Continue trying until you’ve found your perfect internal fit. Finally you are able to remove, pull on the string and dispose of the bladder support in the trash. The unique design allows you to go to the bathroom normally without removing the Poise bladder support. After using the Sizing Kit to discover your correct fit, you can then purchase a 10-count pack with the size that best suits your needs. Poise Impressa is a soft flexible, internal device with a non-absorbent outer cover, designed for the temporary management of SUI. I’m so glad they came up with this product!

Once I found out all this information I bought them for her. Then we had a great talk and visit and  I enjoyed seeing her off to her exercise class knowing she wasn’t worried anymore because of her Poise Impressa. What could you get back to doing if you used the Poise Impressa?
